The space

The Luxury Seaview Studio is just 10 meters away from the sea with a big balcony and a perfect sea view to enjoy your vacation hearing the sound of the waves. Our balcony offers an outstanding view of the sunset, the castle and the horizon with the sea

The apartment is 40 square meters and it is fully equipped with all the amenities (air conditioner, TV, kitchen, oven, laundry, kitchenware, iron, towels, shampoo, conditioner, e.t.c ). The apartment has a double bed and a sofa bed. Also, we provide free Wi-Fi.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the second floor of the building with the number 201. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly and full of local people. You can park your car in a free parking area 200 meters away from the apartment in the Saint George church parking area or in front of the apartment and around the neighborhood at the road is also free

Additional notes

The building has also a garden where you can leave your dog. If you need anything I live on the 4th floor of the building so I am available 24/7 for anything you will need. We also provide free Netflix to watch

The neighborhood is one of the best in the city.
Just in front of the entrance of the building, there is a SuperMarket so you can buy everything you will need in just 1 minute. Also in the neighborhood, there are many pharmacies, cafes, restaurants, and more. Around the house, you can find plenty of shops and restaurants.The area feels peaceful and quiet combined with its central location just 600 meters from the heart of the city

Getting around

You don't need anything but your feet because the heart of the city is just 600 meters away from the apartment so you can walk the beach road for 7 minutes and you are in the city center
