The space

The apartment is equipped with a double bed, sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a brand new bathroom.

On the balcony, you can relax reading a book and having a coffee after a long day at the beach

Guest access

The apartment is located on the third floor of the building. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly full of local people.

You can park your car in a free parking area 10 meters away from the apartment in the Saint George church parking area or you can find free off-street parking around the neighborhood

Additional notes

If you need a close swimming pool or a gym you can use the facilities of the Olympic gym which is 50 meter's away from the apartment and it has a very low cost of 5 euros per day or 45 euros per month.

You can find a very good breakfast just 10 meters away from the apartment in the Barrio neighborhood cafe which is open from 7 a.m so you can enjoy a breakfast of your choice and your favorite coffee just in front of the apartment. Otherwise, you can take it takeaway or order it in the apartment after 8 a.m with just a phone call for delivery.

During your stay, we provide a free set of linens, towel sets for 2, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, cooking oil, vinaigrette, salt, pepper, oregano, 4 Nespresso capsules and washing powder.

Neighborhood overview

The neighborhood is lovely and easy to walk around.

However, the studio is not facing the street so is very peaceful!
The beach is 1 minute away!

A Supermarket which stays open until the late-night is only 200m away from the studio!

The Olympic gym is right next to the apartment you can even see the pool from your balcony

Across the house is a very nice cafe-restaurants and on the same street is a kiosk which provides almost everything 24/7.

There are also water sports and umbrellas on the beach right across.
And a mini-golf course 800m away.

A rent a car-bicycle is also near 400 meters away ( Nitro rent a car )

A hair salon is on the next block and several cafes on the beach promenade.

A bakery and a butcher is 100m away and also a big store with bakery-pastry-sandwiches-coffees is 24hours open in case you get a craving in the late at night!!!

Α several banks and a post office is less than 300m away.

Getting around

The city center and the old town is on a walking distance on the seaside promenade (approx.700m).

The bus stop to beaches, villages, airport and port is right under the house.
You can also use a bike which is very comfortable for moving around the city!

If you have a car, free parking spaces are easily found around the house and also public parking is across the street.
